Women Who Lead
A small-group coaching experience for capable women carrying complex responsibility, relational pressure, and the invisible weight of leadership.
This 8-week virtual coaching cohort supports women who want to lead with more clarity, steadiness, boundaries, and self-trust, without over-functioning, people-pleasing, or carrying what is not theirs to carry.

This May Be the Moment You're In
You’re capable, committed, and often relied upon. You may be noticing that the cost of leadership has changed.
❀ You carry responsibility others don’t see
❀ You manage relationships as much as outcomes
❀ You're thoughtful, over-accommodating and overwhelmed
❀ You want to speak clearly without second-guessing yourself or replaying conversations
❀ You're leadership requires a deeper level of thinking, reflection and regulation
This isn’t a sign you’re doing something wrong. It’s often a sign your leadership is ready for deeper reflection, regulation, and self-trust.

Leadership Shouldn’t Require Self-Abandonment
Many women are praised for strengths that quietly become unsustainable:
Over time, these strengths can become automatic and turn into over-responsibility, self-silencing, resentment, exhaustion, or loss of self-trust.
What’s needed is developing the inner capacity to lead with clarity, boundaries, and self-trust, without losing your relational strengths.
❀ Being adaptable
❀ Being helpful
❀ Being emotionally attuned
❀ Holding things together
❀ Anticipating what others need.
❀ Keeping the peace.
❀ Making it work.

What Makes This Cohort Different
This is not a networking group, a motivational circle or another leadership program that gives you more strategies to perform.
Women Who Lead is a developmental coaching experience.
Together, we look beneath the surface at the beliefs, assumptions, and protective patterns that shape how you lead, respond, decide, communicate, and relate under pressure.
The goal is not to add more pressure.
The goal is to build capacity.
The capacity to pause.
The capacity to tell the truth.
The capacity to hold complexity.
The capacity to disappoint others without abandoning yourself.
The capacity to care deeply without carrying everything.
The capacity to lead from your values with steadiness, clarity, and courage.
The 8-Week Structure
Week 1: Seeing What’s Beneath the Surface
We begin by identifying the patterns shaping how you lead, especially the places where effort, responsibility, or emotional labour may be costing too much.
Week 2: Hidden Assumptions
We explore the beliefs you may be carrying around approval, responsibility, conflict, voice, care, and control.
Week 3: Competing Commitments
We look at what your current pattern may be protecting, even if it is also limiting you.
Week 4: Capacity for Complexity
LYou begin practicing how to hold multiple perspectives without over-accommodating, over-explaining, or diminishing yourself.
Week 5: Boundaries & Self-Trust
Shifting from over-functioning to grounded responisbility.
Week 6: Voice & Presence
Speaking clearly without self-doubt or over-adjustment
Week 7: Application and Practice
Applying new ways of responding in your actual leadership context
Week 8: Integration
Sustaining change and leading from a more stable, internal foundation

A Note From Mary
I created Women Who Lead because many capable women are not struggling because they lack skill, intelligence, or resilience.
They are struggling because the way they learned to lead has started costing too much.
They have been praised for carrying, adapting, helping, anticipating, and holding things together. But at a certain point, those strengths need to develop.
This work is about helping women lead with presence, perspective, boundaries, and self-trust without losing the relational wisdom that makes them powerful.
