Presence · Perspective · Practice
Lead with clarity under pressure.
Coaching for women leaders, physicians and high performing professionals navigating complexity, responsibility and change.

If this feels familiar you are not alone.
You’re capable, thoughtful, and deeply committed to what you do.
And lately, something feels heavier than it used to.
Not because you’re failing...
but because the complexity around you has grown faster than the inner strategies that once worked so well.
-
You carry more responsibility than others realize
-
Your mind doesn’t fully rest, even when things are going well
-
Certain conversations linger longer than they should
-
You feel pressure to stay composed while managing competing demands
-
You’re sensing that growth now requires something different, not more effort
This is a normal moment in mature leadership and it’s a meaningful one.

This isn't a problem to fix.
It's a capacity that's ready to grow.
At certain points in leadership and life, effort stops working the way it used to. Not because you’re doing something wrong, but because the world around you has become more complex and your inner system is being asked to hold more than it was designed to before.
This is what happens when responsibility expands, stakes increase, and roles become more layered and relational.
-
Old strengths can start to feel heavy.
-
High standards can turn into pressure.
-
Care and competence can quietly become overextension.
What’s required now isn’t more discipline or better strategies.
It’s a different relationship to how you think, decide, and respond under pressure.
Growth at this stage isn’t about adding more.
It’s about developing the capacity to hold what’s already here.
This is a developmental moment and developmental moments are invitations.

Presence · Perspective · Practice
This is the developmental work I do with leaders who are ready to grow their capacity, not just manage their behavior.
Change that lasts doesn’t come from trying harder or fixing yourself. It comes from strengthening the inner capacities that shape how you show up in moments that matter. My work centers on interrelated practices that support mature, sustainable leadership.
Presence
Presence is the foundation.
It’s the capacity to stay grounded when emotions run high, to listen without preparing your defense, and to respond rather than react.
Presence creates internal steadiness and relational safety, especially in moments of pressure, conflict, or uncertainty.
Perspective
Perspective is what opens choice.
It’s the ability to notice the assumptions, habits, and identity pressures shaping your reactions and to hold more than one viewpoint at a time.
Perspective allows leaders to step out of reflex and into clarity.
Practice
Practice is where insight becomes lived.
Rather than forcing change, we work with small, intentional shifts that build trust in new ways of thinking, deciding, and relating.
Practice turns awareness into reliability, especially when stakes are high.
Together, these practices support growth that is integrated, human, and sustainable, not exhausting.

This work meets you where you are.
While the contexts differ, the inner patterns that bring people here are often the same.
Choose the doorway that best reflects your current role and responsibilities. Each path leads to the same developmental work, tailored to the realities you’re navigating.

How the work unfolds
This work is thoughtful, structured, and deeply human.
It’s not therapy.
It’s not consulting.
And it’s not about fixing or optimizing you.
It’s a developmental coaching partnership designed to help you grow the inner capacity required for the complexity you’re holding now.
1. Clarify what’s really happening
We begin by slowing things down enough to name what’s actually creating strain, beneath the surface of roles, behaviors, or situations. This often brings immediate relief.
3. Build capacity through practice
Change happens through small, intentional experiments in real life, conversations, decisions, boundaries, leadership moments.
These practices are: practical, realistic and designed to fit your context.
2. Identify behaviour patterns
Together, we explore the assumptions, habits, and identity pressures that quietly influence how you think, decide, and relate, especially under stress.
Nothing here is about judgment. It’s about awareness and choice.
4. Integrate and stabilize
Over time, new ways of responding become more natural and reliable.
You don’t have to “remember” to do them,
they become part of how you lead and live.
What to expect
-
1:1 coaching sessions (75 minutes)
-
Virtual or in-person (when possible)
-
A calm, focused pace, not rushed, not vague
-
Light reflection or experimentation between sessions
-
Clear boundaries and confidentiality
This work respects your time, intelligence, and lived experience.
There is no single right pace or path.
The work meets you where you are and grows with you as your capacity expands.

About Mary

I’m Mary Printz.
I’ve spent my career in the human side of performance, learning, leadership, communication, and change, first as an educator and leader, and now as a coach and consultant.
Over the years, I’ve worked alongside people who are capable, brilliant and committed, leaders, physicians, executives, educators and teams, who aren’t looking for shortcuts or surface fixes. They’re looking for change that’s honest, sustainable, and aligned with who they are becoming.
My work sits at the intersection of adult development, emotional intelligence, neuroscience and trauma informed coaching. I’m especially drawn to the moments when people sense they’ve outgrown old ways of operating, when what once worked now feels heavy, constraining, or costly.
I bring a calm, structured presence to this work. Clients often tell me they feel both understood and challenged, supported without being rescued, and stretched without being pushed.
At its core, this work is about helping people develop the inner capacity to meet complexity with clarity, steadiness, and integrity, so leadership and life feel more inhabitable, not more exhausting.
My training includes advanced work in adult development and different leadership coaching methodologies, emotional intelligence, and evidence-based approaches to human change. I continue to learn alongside global thought leaders in this field and alongside my clients, who are some of the most brilliant and thoughtful people I know.
I believe growth happens best in relationships that are thoughtful, respectful, and honest. This work is for people who are ready to grow, not by becoming someone else, but by becoming more fully themselves.
