About Mary 

Mary Printz is a former school principal and educational consultant who now works at the intersection of adult development and Immunity to Change.

A certified Immunity to Change coach and consultant with a Master’s in Leadership, she helps leaders and teams understand the deeper systems shaping their behavior, decisions, and results.

Mary brings both discipline and perspective to her work, shaped in part by her background as a university track and field and field hockey athlete.

Her approach goes beyond surface-level change, supporting individuals and teams in making shifts that are both meaningful and lasting.

She doesn’t just help leaders change what they do, she helps them change how they think.
