Hi I'm Mary Printz.
 

I’ve spent my career in the human side of performance, learning, leadership, communication, and change, first as an educator, leader and consultant, and now as a coach for over 25 years.

Over the years, I’ve worked alongside people who are capable, brilliant and committed leaders, physicians, executives, educators and teams, who aren’t looking for shortcuts or surface fixes. They’re navigating complex roles with high expectations and relational demands and they’re seeking growth that is sustainable, and aligned with who they are becoming.

​

My work focuses on the capacity required for complex roles, how people think, decide, and relate when responsibility expands, stakes increase, and pressure becomes constant. I’m especially drawn to the moments when people sense they’ve outgrown old ways of operating, when what once worked now feels heavy, constraining, or costly. 

 

This work is informed by a Masters degree in leadership communication, Harvards' Adaptive Development, emotional intelligence, neuroscience, trauma-informed coaching, and years of experience supporting people in environments where performance and relationships are inseparable.

 

I bring a calm, structured presence to this work. Clients say they feel  understood and challenged, supported without being rescued, and stretched without being pushed. It becomes a new way of living and leading.

At its core, this work is about helping people develop the inner capacity to meet complexity and demands with clarity, steadiness, and integrity, so leadership and life feel more sustainable, not exhausting.
